I cannot install Cisco Anyconnect VPN on Mac OS X as the VPN package is greyed out during installation. What should I do? The VPN package is greyed out (as shown in the screen capture below) due to incomplete/unclean installation of VPN client. Cisco anyconnect VPN client for Mac OS X - SaturnVPN Step 2 Configure Cisco anyconnect VPN client Mac. Cisco AnyConnect VPN client can be found in the Cisco folder located in the Application folder. Navigate to /Applications/Cisco/ and open “Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client“.
