Review title of MARIO Norton Safe Web Will Not launch. Tried countless times to launch this. Nothing happens. I found it already installed on my PC (it doesn't tell you its installing), but pressing launch leaves you DOA. Until Norton reminds you again that you need this installed. I see many users having same problem with this.
